Hey all [three of you], Jeremy again...
The movie 300 was released today and I just returned from Future Shop with a shiny new HD DVD/DVD combo disc. This fine version will play in both my Xbox 360 HD DVD add-on, as well as any run-of-the-mill DVD player. Can't wait to check it out when I get back home this weekend. Besides watching it in glorious 1080i, it also has a very cool feature exclusive to the HD DVD version (take that Blu-Ray!) While watching the movie, there is an option which displays the movie as it was being shot, that is, with bluescreen everywhere. This should be very entertaining to compare this to the finished product.

Now, the other two points will have to wait until later this week since I'm deathly afraid of Mary's laptop keyboard. One accidental swipe of my thumb across the mouse touchpad and this entire post could be gone.
Let me just say that 1) The Simpsons Movie was a great throwback to the olden days and 2) Wal-Mart is going to be getting a phone call about a certain pasta sauce that seems to have mysteriously vanished from the shelves. This ought to be a fun little journey into the bowels of Wal-Mart's customer service underworld.
There! I made it through with no loss of text. Oh, thanks for the birthday well-wishes Jacki and Mary. Thanks also to Mom and Dad for the pajamas and t-shirt!

I am waiting anxiously for more details on the pasta sauce incident...... Sounds intriguing.... And it's making me a bit hungry. I must go find some food.
