So, yeah. We haven't been around much lately. We've been really, really busy! Two weeks ago tomorrow we went to see the Beastie Boys (AWESOME concert, btw!) with my brother. The day after that, we took a trip to Michigan to take advantage of our wonderful dollar (or how crappy the American dollar is, depending on how you look at it).
Halo 3 was released just over a week ago so we've been working on that as well. Very, very good game! And I'm sure both of us will post our thoughts once we've completed it.
Oh, and this will be another "depends on how you look at it" but Jeremy and I have two pets. Yes, we bought two rats. I can hear the "Ewwwwww..."s as I type this. Believe me, the majority of the reactions have been "ewww...". Believe it or not, rats make great pets. Jeremy and I did A LOT of research before we bought them. Anyway, more on that later as well. Just some little tidbits of info about "the girls" as we refer to them as.
Mine is gray and her name is Scout. Jeremy's is white with gray patches and her name is Gaz. Scout is very out-going and Gaz is still a little timid. Both of them are settling in quite nicely though. They're quite intelligent; we've already got them trained to take treats off the top level of their cage and they come out from their nest when we say "Treat". And they LOVE banana.
We'll post pictures of them later on (we haven't even taken any yet!).
Oh yes, and last weekend we went to my friend's wedding in Simcoe. We had a great time there (again, stay tuned...).
