Around 2:oo pm, I finished reading Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows. All in all, it was a great read and good finish to the series. There was some stuff I was disappointed about but I won't discuss that right now. I plan on writing a longer review later (I'm hoping my blog will allow for spoiler tags). It took me a little longer to read it, cause I got roped into doing a few things this weekend (dog sitting, running errands for the parents while they were in Michigan, etc).
There is a funny story to go with my reading the Potter book. Jeremy and I were at my parents place last night waiting for them to get home from their day trip to MI. It was around 9:40. I was on page 352. The chapter titles are at the top of each page and I remember glancing up at the title on page 353 and seeing it was different from the one of page 352. Hmmm...guess what? It wasn't page 353. It was page 219! Yes, I had myself a first edition fuck-up misprinting. Luckily, my uncle's bookstore is open until 10pm on Saturday nights so I went up and got another copy of the book. And because I'm a Potter freak, I kept the misprint. It's a first edition so why not? Turns out my brother had the same misprint as well so he's exchanging his. Actually, we also have a misprinted Prisoner of Azkaban first edition American printing as well. So, that's my funny story...
In other news, other than Potter, I didn't really get up to much this weekend. Jeremy worked yesterday and today so we've had a quiet weekend. Next weekend, he's coming back to Peterborough with me for the week. Hopefully he can keep himself occupied while I'm at class.
Speaking of class, four weeks left! I am so looking forward to moving home again.

So Jeremy's in Peterborough all week. I had no idea... Thanks for keeping me updated on my own family!! :)
No problem. I'd create my own blog, but I like to keep people guessing as to my whereabouts.
FYI, we'll be in Charlotte, NC over Labour Day weekend.
Ya. I read about Charlotte in the blog. No prob. It's not like I'm your sister or anything.... (Sorry to highjack your comment section, Mary!)
Don't worry about it, Jacki. I don't mind the comments/bickering ;)
