I had the job interview at the Secrets of Radar Museum this past Saturday. It went quite well! Leading up to the interview, I wasn't at all that nervous. That really surprised me actually. I figured I would be so nervous I wouldn't be able to eat breakfast. Now, even though I wasn't overly nervous, I was still very happy when the interview was finally over!

I was interviewed by four people. Sound intimidating? It wasn't too bad at all. All of them were really nice and made the atmosphere very relaxing. The interview was a little different that what I expected. I tried to anticipate what questions they were going to ask. I had thought it would be the usual "why do you want this job", "what can you bring to the job", etc. Nope! This type of interview was a behavioral interview. Apparently, these types of interviews are becoming more common place now. It actually wasn't too bad either! I've actually been through that type of interview before when I applied to be a Residence Don at U of T.

I find out about the job either today or early next week. I am starting to feel kind of anxious about it. If I don't get the job, I'll move on to the next one. If I am offered the job, I will take it. My aunt in London said I can stay with her, which is great!

There's been a few more jobs posted I'm going to apply for. The first is the Administrative Assistant position at the Stratford-Perth Museum, which I posted about in my previous entry. The second is a job in Oakville as a Museum Assistant.

I am so happy to be back looking for a job again! And believe me, I am looking forward to getting back in the work force again.
